With the blessing of city leaders, Discover Christmas is proud to present a family-oriented parade—but this isn’t just any parade. This is a give and receive event.

As shared on our Facebook page, the parade also doubles as a holiday toy drive, collecting new, unwrapped toys for children in need.

The toy drive supports several incredible local organizations, including:

• Ocean Springs Carnival Association for CASA

• BPOE 2501 Ocean Springs Elks Lodge

• Krewe of Unique

All toys and donations go directly to needy families in our local community, helping to bring Christmas joy where it’s needed most.

On the day of the parade, local Cub Scouts will also be collecting toys along the parade route. Just keep an eye out for the wagon being pulled through the crowd—and don’t forget to bring a toy to share the joy!
